Chattanooga PMI

is excited to host Niki Weiss, PMP, PMI-RMP, for an engaging session on "AI Governance: A Critical Frontier for Project Managers." This talk is designed for project managers looking to expand their expertise in AI governance and anyone interested in the data privacy implications of artificial intelligence.

Additionally, participants will learn to identify, assess, and mitigate specific risks associated with AI projects, such as data security risks, privacy dilemmas, and potential unintended consequences of AI systems.

Niki will also focus on enhancing communication and strategic decision-making skills. Attendees will improve their ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align AI projects with broader organizational strategies. The session will emphasize the importance of continuous adaptation and learning in the fast-evolving field of AI.
