Professional project managers preparing for PMP certification, professionals who manage any size project, individuals who work in project management and industry specialists who need a core project management approach should attend this seminar.
Participants are introduced to critical project management techniques outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Understanding the processes outlined in the PMBOK® is key in preparing for the Project Management Professional Certification Exam.
If you are interested in taking the PMP Certification Exam, this is a great course to take to prepare you for it. Taking this course will count towards the 35 contact hours required by PMI before you are eligible to apply to take the exam.
