Co-sponsored by the Chattanooga Chapter of the Project Management Institute, the goal of the seminar is to enhance professional growth opportunities for participants in industry, service, health care, information management, and other organizations where cost, schedule, quality, or performance are critical to success. Professional project managers preparing for PMP certification, professionals who manage any size project, individuals who work in project management and industry specialists who need a core project management approach should attend this seminar.
Participants will learn critical project management techniques and prepare for the Project Management Professional Certification Exam.
If you are interested in taking the PMP Certification Exam, this is a great course to take to prepare you for it. Taking this course will count towards the 35 contact hours required by PMI before you are eligible to apply to take the exam.
